I even give myself an at-home hair touch-up – just because!

Now, for the real travel essentials. I always pack basic meds: headache, stomachache, fever medicine, mosquito patches, and (this is what getting older looks like) liniment oil!

Skincare is another must. I’m obsessed with moisturizers, so I have hand lotion, lip balm, and sunblock. Thank you, YouTube, for all the great product recommendations! Plus, I throw in hand sanitizer, wet wipes, and band-aids.
